The company offers technical consultancy, work supervision, design, and technical assistance for all disciplines involved in a project, including: process engineering, hydraulic engineering and modeling, hydromechanical installations, architecture, civil engineering, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installations, and SCADA systems. Additionally, it provides technical expertise and project verification for all requirements.

1. ANRE – National Energy Regulatory Authority

  • Design of natural gas distribution systems, closed distribution systems, as well as installations related to biogas/biomethane production/storage operations operating under medium, low, and very low voltage conditions, type PDSB;
  • Design of natural gas utilization installations with medium, low, and very low voltage regimes, type PDIB.

2. ANIF – National Land Improvement Agency

The company SC ECOAPA DESIGN SRL is certified to carry out land improvement activities on agricultural land for the following levels of competence and for the category/categories of land improvement works, as provided in Article 4 and Annex No. 2 of the Methodological Norms regarding the certification of individuals and legal entities intending to carry out land improvement activities on agricultural land, studies, design, execution of works and services, and/or manufacturing of approved irrigation installations, as regulated by the Minister of Agriculture, Forests, and Rural Development Order No. 182/2009, for which certification is requested:
